St Paul's Cathedral carol services shown on big screen

The Christmas carol services at St Paul's Cathedral are being shown on a big screen for the first time.
The central London cathedral admits about 2,000 people to each of its main carol services, but thousands more have to be turned away.
To meet demand, the services on Thursday and Christmas Eve will be broadcast on a 25m (82ft) giant screen in nearby Paternoster Square.
The carol services begin at 1600 GMT on both days.
Bishop Michael Colclough, canon pastor of St Paul's Cathedral, said: "Every year our Christmas services are so popular that we have to turn away thousands of people.
"By screening these services in Paternoster Square, we hope that all those people who can't be seated in the cathedral will still be able to join in our Christmas celebrations."
