Man charged over electrician Daniel Omari Smith murder

Daniel Smith was shot as he left a fast-food restaurant

A man has been charged with the murder of a 22-year-old electrician in west London.

Officers found Daniel Omari Smith, from Paddington, near the southern end of Harrow Road at about 00:15 BST in May 2010.

He had been shot after leaving a fast-food restaurant in Paddington.

Kervin Kavuala, 27, of Granville Road, Kilburn, was arrested and charged with his murder. He will appear at Brent Magistrates' Court on Friday.
