Paddington commuters face Crossrail disruption

Commuters who travel through Paddington station in west London are set to face disruption as Crossrail works enter a new stage.
Eastbourne Terrace, a main road in the area, has been closed as work continues on the new Crossrail station.
People travelling through the area face changes to bus, taxi and walking routes as a result.
The £16bn Crossrail scheme will connect Maidenhead in Berkshire with Shenfield in Essex.
Transport for London said leaflets and posters directing passengers would be available at the station.
The route, which passes through the West End, the City and Docklands, is expected to be complete in 2018.
