Fourth person charged over Lt-Gen Kuldeep Singh Brar attack

Lt-Gen Kuldeep Singh Brar was with his wife when he was attacked
A woman has become the fourth person to be charged in connection with the stabbing of an Indian general in central London.
Harjit Kaur, 38, of Hayes, west London, is accused of wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm on Lieutenant-General Kuldeep Singh Brar.
Lt Gen Brar, 78, was slashed in the neck as he walked with his wife near Marble Arch on 30 September.
Ms Kaur will appear at Westminster Magistrates' Court later.
Barjinder Singh Sangha, 33, of Wolverhampton, has pleaded guilty to wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm on Lt Gen Brar and is currently remanded in custody.
He denies a charge of common assault on the general's wife Meena Brar.
Mandeep Singh Sandhu, 34, of Great Barr, Birmingham, Dilbag Singh, 36, of no fixed address, are also currently remanded in custody after pleading not guilty to wounding with intent to do grievous bodily harm for their alleged role in the attack.
They are expected to stand trial at Southwark Crown Court on 2 April.
