Stephen Lawrence murder: Two arrests after memorial damaged

Two men have been arrested on suspicion of criminal damage after the Stephen Lawrence memorial plaque was damaged in south-east London.
The Metropolitan Police said the incident in Well Hall Road, Eltham, happened at about 00:40 GMT on Sunday.
It is believed a flowerpot containing flowers was broken and the plaque was spat at, the force said.
The two men, aged 18 and 19, were taken into custody and have been bailed until 29 May.
In 2011 a man was charged with racially-aggravated criminal damage after a smashed glass bottle was found on the memorial, but he was later cleared of the charges.
The Metropolitan Police said they were not linking the incidents.
Eighteen-year-old Stephen Lawrence was murdered in 1993.
