Chelsea manager Antonio Conte has been given his own emoji on Twitter.

It comes ahead of the Premier League champions' final match against Sunderland on Sunday.

Should they win that game, Chelsea will beat their own record of 29 wins in the 2004-05 season - with 30 wins in the Premier League this year.

The team could also still do the Double if they beat Arsenal in the FA Cup final next weekend.
