Jet of water sprays cars in Woolwich

Jets of water have been seen spouting towards the sky in south-east London.

The video was filmed by Jordan Kemp on Woolwich Road, Woolwich, at about 13:00 GMT on Tuesday.

Thames Water, which loses 24% of all the water it supplies in leakages, says engineers are on the scene investigating.

A spokesperson said: "We're sorry for any disruption this is causing to customers and we're doing all we can to get things back to normal as quickly as possible."
