Las Vegas Sphere: Could London get its own sphere soon?

A new ball-shaped venue, the Las Vegas Sphere, is now open to the public with a residency by the band U2 kicking things off.

But could such a venue take off in London? There are plans to build one in Stratford, east London, near the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park. But the plans aren't without controversy, with more than 2,000 residents having objected.

It's up to Michael Gove, the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, as to whether the London Sphere goes ahead.
