Met Police officer Joe Moloney charged with sexual assault

A Metropolitan Police officer has appeared in court charged with sexually assaulting a woman.
PC Joe Moloney was arrested a year ago in connection with an alleged attack in Bruce Grove, Tottenham, north London.
Mr Maloney, who is currently suspended from work, was not on duty at the time.
He pleaded not guilty at Westminster Magistrates' Court and is due to attend Wood Green Crown Court on 21 November. The Directorate of Professional Standards has been informed.
