Justin Henry was last seen in Croydon

Police are asking for the public's help in finding a man missing from south London who they believe may have come to harm.

Justin Henry, 34, was last seen on CCTV on 15 October at a McDonald's drive-thru in Croydon.

The next time his car was recorded on CCTV, later that evening near Crystal Palace, it is thought another person was driving the vehicle.

His family say it is out of character for him to have not made contact.

Det Ch Insp Matt Coop said the Met Police wanted to hear from anyone who may have seen Mr Henry since he went missing.

"Based on the available evidence, this remains a missing person inquiry, however my concern that Justin has come to harm is, sadly, increasing with every day."

'Indistinct CCTV'

At about 21:50 BST on Sunday 15 October, Justin was seen on CCTV buying food at the McDonald's drive-thru.

Police then believe the car, a silver Mercedes E Class, was driven to a nearby location for two and a half hours.

The Mercedes was later found in Kingswood Drive, near Crystal Palace. Police say it is unclear who was driving the vehicle when it arrived there due to indistinct CCTV images, but Mr Henry's family state that it is not him.

Police say one person has been arrested in connection with the disappearance, but ask the public to come forward if they saw or heard anything.
