A cat that has become an internet sensation for being chauffeured around London in a bicycle basket was flung to the ground in a collision with a moped.
Travis Nelson was riding with Sigrid along Clerkenwell Road in Farringdon at 13:40 GMT on Monday when the moped knocked into the bike's handlebars.
A social media video of the incident, external has had more than 10 million views.
The Met Police confirmed the collision but said neither of the parties involved wanted to report the matter.
As seen in the video, the collision happens as Mr Nelson pulls away from traffic lights and both he and Sigrid, a long-haired Norwegian Forest cat with more than 370,000 followers on her social media platforms, fall to the ground.
Mr Nelson, who usually wears a helmet but was not on this occasion, said he suffered cuts and bruising to his knees, back and shoulder.
But, he said, after being scooped up out of harm's way, Sigrid took it all in her stride.
"She's fine. Literally 30 seconds later she was back to her normal self, it was just a blip in the radar for her," he said.
"This is only the second time I've been knocked off my bike and I've been through far worse. You always have these kind of dangers at the forefront of your mind when you're riding a bike," added Mr Nelson.
The Met said an unmarked police car was passing the scene and stopped. Road safety advice was given to both parties.
