'Perfect leader' at Crouch End swimming club wins BBC Unsung Hero award

A woman described as "always having a laugh and the perfect leader" has been given a BBC Unsung Hero award.
Megan Allen, who is on the 15-person shortlist for the same award at Sports Personality of the Year, leads community disability swimming at WeSwim in Crouch End, north London.
She has volunteered with the organisation for two years.
A spokesperson from WeSwim said: "She helps people be the best they can be - we need more Megans in the world."
The swimmers Ms Allen helps have additional needs, including mobility difficulties, learning disabilities and post-stroke recovery.
