Tyreece Scott died in a stabbing in Grove Road, Hounslow

Two men have been arrested at Stansted Airport on suspicion of murder after a 24-year-old man was stabbed, police say.

Metropolitan Police officers were called to Grove Road in Hounslow, west London, at 01:15 GMT on Tuesday.

They found Tyreece Scott with stab wounds. He died at the scene a short while later.

The Met Police said the men, aged 23 and 19, were arrested upon arriving in the UK and they remain in custody.

A post-mortem examination carried out on Thursday determined Mr Scott died as a result of a stab wound to the chest.

The Met said Mr Scott's family have been kept informed and continue to be supported by family liaison officers.

Det Insp Ollie Stride, from the Met's investigation team, said: "This is a significant development, however our investigation continues and we are still keen to hear from any witnesses who have not yet spoken to us."
