Metropolitan Police officer charged with sexual assault
- Published
A Metropolitan Police officer has been remanded in custody charged with sexually assaulting a police cadet.
PC Grant Fulker appeared at Westminster Magistrates' Court earlier where he denied sexually assaulting the male.
The 30-year-old also denied abusing a position of trust by inciting sexual activity with the complainant and also with a second cadet.
During the same hearing, he admitted misconduct in a public office.
Mr Fulker worked as a supervisor to police cadets and staff officer to a Metropolitan Police commander, the court was told.
He was arrested on Monday and is now suspended from duty.
He is due at Southwark Crown Court on 20 March.
