Harrow murder probe after man stabbed to death in house

A murder investigation has been launched after a man was stabbed to death in a house in north-west London.

Officers found Robert Weston, 37, in a property in Hamilton Crescent, Harrow, at about 14:05 GMT on Monday.

He died at the scene despite the efforts of emergency services, Met Police added.

No arrests had been made and anyone travelling in Hamilton Crescent or Kings Road between 13:45 GMT and 14:15 is urged to contact the force.

The Met has also referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct (IOPC), which it said was routine in cases where there had been prior police contact.

Police believe the attack took place inside a house.

Det Ch Insp Neil John said: "At this time, I am interested to hear from anyone who was travelling in Hamilton Crescent or the Kings Road around the time of the offence, and who may have dash cam footage to share.

"Even if you didn't see anything significant, your dash cam footage may tell a different story, so please do contact my team of detectives," he added.
