Are London's theatregoers getting more badly behaved?

Front-of-house theatre staff are facing more abuse from audience members than ever before, according to a survey carried out by Bectu, the union that represents theatre employees.

The report even notes incidents of violence and sexual harassment. So, are theatregoers increasingly misbehaving? and if so, why?
