Detectives are searching for a group of men in connection with a fatal shooting in west London.

The Met Police was called to a disturbance on Comeragh Road in West Kensington at 22:17 BST on 1 April where Janayo Lucima, 21, was found with a gunshot wound.

He was treated by paramedics but died at the scene shortly before 23:00.

One man has been charged with his murder and two others have been arrested on suspicion of murder.

Det Ch Insp Brian Howie, who is leading the Met's investigation, said police were looking for a "group of males, on foot or on a bike, in the area at the time of the shooting".

"Were you in the area of Comeragh Road, Barton Road and Palliser Road towards Baron's Court Tube Station between 21:40 and 22:30 BST?" he said.

A post-mortem examination took place on 3 April and determined Mr Lucima's cause of death was a gunshot injury.

A 22-year-old man has been charged with his murder and is due to appear at the Old Bailey on Wednesday.

Two others - a 17-year-old boy and 22-year-old man - were arrested on suspicion of murder on Monday and remain in custody.
