North Cheam: One person dies in garden office fire

A person has died in a fire in a garden office at a south London home.
London Fire Brigade (LFB) said it received the first of 16 reports of a fire on Church Hill Road, North Cheam, at 08:55 BST on Saturday.
Four fire engines and 25 firefighters from Sutton, Mitcham and New Malden attended and put out the blaze.
The Met Police said the cause of the fire was being investigated by both its officers and LFB however it was not believed to be suspicious.
In a statement, the force said: "Sadly, a body was found within the outbuilding. Officers believe they know this person's identity and are in contact with family members."
