A 15-year-old girl has died after being hit by a lorry on a road in north Norfolk, said police.
The incident took place on the A148 Sheringham Road, close to the junction with Lodge Hill, about 17:00 GMT on Friday.
The lorry was travelling towards Cromer when it struck the teenager. She was pronounced dead at the scene.
The male driver of the lorry was uninjured and has been assisting police with their investigation.
A police spokesman said the force is "keen to to hear from anyone who may have seen the white lorry, which had been carrying plant machinery, prior to the collision".
The road was closed until 23:00 to allow emergency services to attend the scene.
