Sky broadband down for hours across Norfolk and Suffolk
- Published
Some people in Norfolk and Suffolk were without the internet for hours due to an issue with broadband services.
Sky said some customers were not "able to get online or make/receive calls" due to an issue with Sky Broadband, Sky Talk and Sky Fibre broadband services.
Customers first reported problems at about 08:00 BST. A Sky spokeswoman said engineers had since resolved the issue.
"We're sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused," she said.
