Headteacher Gregory Hill has denied charges of stalking a woman and resisting arrest and will face trial in June 2024

A headteacher has appeared in court charged with stalking and resisting arrest.

Gregory Hill, from Fakenham, Norfolk, denies harassment without violence against a woman for an 11-month period from March 2022.

The 48-year-old head of Howard Junior School, Gaywood, Norfolk, also denies resisting arrest.

He was given conditional bail and will stand trial at King's Lynn and Norwich Magistrates' Court next June.

The harassment charge included contacting the woman via X (formerly Twitter) to pursue a romantic relationship.

Mr Hill became known for changing his school name to Harry Kane Junior during the football World Cup in Qatar last year.
