Police were called to a property in Great Yarmouth at 09:11 GMT on Saturday where they discovered a woman's body
A man has appeared in court accused of murdering a woman whose body was found in a Norfolk seaside town.
Adam Barnard, 40, is charged with murdering Tara Kershaw some time between Thursday and Saturday in Great Yarmouth.
Police discovered the body of a woman, believed to be in her 30s, inside a property on Princes Road on Saturday.
Mr Barnard, of Princes Road, spoke only to confirm his personal details when he appeared at Norwih Magistrates' Court.
He was not asked to enter a plea to the murder charge.

Mr Barnard was remanded in custody and was due to appear before Norwich Crown Court on Tuesday.
Norfolk Constabulary has referred itself to the Independent Office for Police Conduct over previous police contact before the woman died.
