A 19-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder over the death of a father-of-two after a "brutal" stabbing in Northampton.

Mr Casey was found stabbed at 17:30 GMT. He was taken to hospital, but died about an hour later.

He is thought to have been in the Semilong area of the town prior to the incident.

Earlier this week, Mr Casey's family issued a statement paying tribute to "a kind and caring son, partner, brother and a loving father to his two girls".

The statement added: "Words cannot express the feeling of sadness and loss."
