Police seek owner of ring found in Northampton

Northamptonshire Police are searching for the owner of this ring

The owner of a ring which might have been missing for more than six years is being sought by police.

It was found in interview room at wedding venue Northampton Guildhall in an envelope which had the date "August 8, 2017" written on the outside.

The ring has a detailed surface, gold edging and an inscription reading "Forever Soulmates", alongside a woman's name.

The police said proof of ownership will be required before it was handed over., external
