Man arrested after body found in Sneinton, Nottingham

Officers have been granted more time to question a 30-year-old man about the death of a man in Nottingham.

The body was found on land between Burrows Court and Rossington Road in Sneinton on Wednesday.

The force is treating the death as unexplained and said forensic searches were continuing.

The man was arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm. Police have been given an extra 36 hours to question him.
