Tony Fisher stabbing: Man charged with Nottingham murder

A 41-year-old has been charged with the murder of a man found stabbed to death in his home.

Tony Fisher's body was found by his son in Coningswath Road, Carlton, Nottingham on 9 January.

Marcus Barton, of Raymede Drive, Bestwood, has charged with murder and will appear before city magistrates on Monday.

The 58-year-old's home had been burgled and police are keen to speak to anyone who was in the area on the 8 January.

Mr Barton also goes by the name Marcus Pegg.

Twelve other people arrested in connection with Mr Fisher's death remain on police bail.
