Watch: The emotional moment a girl meets the donor who saved her life
This is the moment a nine-year-old girl and the stranger who saved her life met for the first time.
Aged just two, Sofia, from Nottingham, was diagnosed with an incredibly rare blood disorder - which causes the body to produce a dangerously low number of bone marrow cells.
She urgently needed a stem cell transplant and doctors found Dana was a match.
Sofia and Dana, from Germany, have been in contact for five years - but this was the first time they met in person.
