An 18-year-old has been charged with murder over the death of another man who was attacked near a skate park in Nottingham.
Jack Edwards, 24, was taken to hospital with serious head injuries after being assaulted and robbed by a group of people by Sussex Street Skate Park on Tuesday evening.
He remained in a critical condition but died on Thursday night.
Kai Howitt has also been charged with robbery and appeared in court earlier.
Nottinghamshire Police said he was previously arrested on suspicion of causing grievous bodily harm with intent.
Police added Mr Howitt, of Trent Boulevard, West Bridgford, appeared at Nottingham Magistrates' Court on Friday and would appear at Nottingham Crown Court on Monday.
'He was much-loved'
The family of Mr Edwards, originally from the Ashfield area, said they had been left "devastated" by his death.
"We are still trying to process what has happened and comprehend the fact that Jack is no longer with us," they said.
"He was only 24 years old. It is difficult for us to put into words the emotions we are feeling right now but we are devastated.
"He was much-loved, and leaves behind a mum, a dad, a brother, a sister and many other family and friends."
Police said officers also arrested a 17-year-old boy on suspicion of murder on Thursday evening, as well as a 14-year-old girl and 13-year-old boy on suspicion of robbery and violent disorder.
They remain in custody.
Meanwhile, a 13-year-old boy and 15-year-old girl - arrested on suspicion of robbery and violent disorder - have been bailed pending further inquiries.
Det Insp Clare Gibson, who is leading the investigation, said: "I'd like to express my sincere condolences to the victim's family and friends during this incredibly difficult time.
"We are determined to identify all the people involved in this attack and have to date arrested six suspects, one of whom has now been charged."
