Police said the cannabis grow will be destroyed

A man has been arrested after a cannabis factory was found at a house in Nottinghamshire.

About 300 plants were found when officers raided a home in Loughborough Road, West Bridgford, on Monday.

A 30-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of growing a Class B drug. The plants will be destroyed and growing equipment seized, police said.

Officers said it was information from nearby residents which allowed them to secure a warrant.
