A 17-year-old boy has been arrested after two assaults reported on the same night in a village.
Nottinghamshire Police was called to a shop in West Furlong, Cotgrave, at about 19:35 BST on Tuesday after a 44-year-old man was attacked by two men.
A third man took cash and tobacco from the victim, before officers received reports a 35-year-old man had been attacked by two men in Candleby Lane at about 20:40.
Police are appealing for witnesses.
A force spokesman said the 17-year-old was arrested on suspicion of robbery and possession of cannabis after a chase.
Police said they were treating the two incidents as linked to each other, adding work was ongoing to trace two further suspects.
