Oxford City Council spends £60,000 on new bins

Eighty bins - costing a total of £60,000 - have been installed around Oxford city centre in an effort to encourage recycling.
Oxford City Council has placed the separate bins for waste and recycling in St Aldate's, George Street, High Street and surrounding areas.
The 40 recycling bins can be used to recycle paper, tins, cans, plastic bottles and cardboard.
An equal number of waste bins have also been installed.
