Blenheim Palace: World Heritage Site lights up for Christmas
A World Heritage Site that has been illuminated for the festive season has attracted thousands of visitors.
A light trail around the Capability Brown landscaped gardens around Blenheim Palace in Oxfordshire is 1.6 miles long (2.7km) and took 300 people to build.
More than one million lights are used in the Christmas attraction that also includes 100 audio speakers, a fire garden with 200 candles and a tree wrapped in neon rope that took 18 days to install.
The popular paid-for attraction expect to see 25,000 visitors before it closes on 1 January.
