Banbury murder inquiry: Victim died from traumatic brain injury

A victim named in a murder investigation died from a traumatic brain injury, a post-mortem investigation has found.
Neil Comins, 39, from Banbury, died from his injuries following an assault in Cope Road, Banbury, Oxfordshire, on 3 January, Thames Valley Police said.
Two people from Banbury have been arrested on suspicion of murder.
A 48-year-old man has been bailed until 21 March and a 39-year-old man remains in custody.
