B4499 Shropshire: Driver dies and passenger hurt in two-car crash

The passenger of the Corsa was airlifted to the Royal Stoke Hospital
A driver died after losing control of their car and hitting an oncoming vehicle, police said.
A Vauxhall Corsa was travelling on the B4499 towards Westbury, near Minsterley, when its driver lost control and hit a Land Rover Freelander, officers said.
The Corsa driver died at the scene and the passenger was airlifted to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The crash happened adjacent to Park Farm at 15:45 GMT on Friday.
The Corsa passenger was taken to the Royal Stoke Hospital.
West Mercia Police is appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage.
