Two hurt after driver hits cyclists in Shropshire

Two people have been injured after a driver collided with a group of cyclists.

Emergency services were called to the B4398 near Maesbrook, Shropshire at 09:31 GMT on Sunday.

Shropshire Fire and Rescue Service said cutting equipment was used to free one casualty from the car.

It said one cyclist and the driver of the car were both being treated for suspected broken bones and were left in the care of the ambulance service.
