A charity will be launched in memory of a trainee teacher after £5,000 was raised to register it.
Charlotte Hope, 19, died in a crash on the A53 at Astley, near Shrewsbury, on 9 April 2022.
Her family want "Lottie's Way - The Charlotte Hope Foundation" to support children and adults in need across the world.
They have already raised thousands for the Restart Centre in Kenya where Charlotte had volunteered.
The centre supports abandoned and abused street children, and a total of £52,000 will be used to pay for five children to attend university for the next seven years.
The first four students are already studying medicine, IT and teaching.
It inspired Charlotte's brother Chris to set up the foundation and do further good in Charlotte's name.
Their father, Neil Hope, said: "It has been incredible to also raise such substantial funds for the brilliant Restart Centre.
"The amount raised will change the lives of so many youngsters who were rescued from the streets.
"The beginning of Lottie's Way will be a wonderful legacy for our beautiful daughter Charlotte.
"She was a caring young woman with her whole life in front of her."
He said all money raised would go directly to those who need it with agreement of the trustees.
