Sedgemoor Citizens Advice Bureau's Twitter campaign
- Published
A Citizens Advice Bureau (CAB) in Somerset is using Twitter to share every inquiry they receive over a week.
Sedgemoor CAB wants to raise awareness of its day-to-day work and highlight the issues its clients face.
One of the volunteers suggested the idea after Greater Manchester Police "tweeted" every 999 call over 24 hours.
Bureau manager Joan Saddington said: "I'm very excited about tweeting, it's a chance for us to reach people directly and tell them what we do."
The project runs from 15-19 November with staff sending details of all the inquiries they deal with to Ms Saddington.
She will then ensure the details are anonymous before they are tweeted.
