Bath electric car trial launched by three organisations

  • Published

Electric cars are to be tested by three public organisations in Bath to try to reduce traffic on the roads and cut pollution, the council has said.

Five vehicles are to be pooled between Bath and North East Somerset Council, the Royal United Hospital NHS Trust and Sirona Care and Health.

Government-funded charging points have been installed near buildings where staff are based.

The council said it now wanted businesses to examine similar schemes.
