CCTV images released in Bath assault investigation

Avon and Somerset Police wish to identify the man seen in this CCTV image to assist with their investigation

Police have released CCTV images in connection with an incident where a man suffered a bleed on the brain after he was punched to the ground.

A man in his 20s suffered a fractured skull after being hit by another man outside Sub 13 bar on George Street.

The incident occurred at around 00:30 GMT on 8 October 2023, and police are reviewing CCTV footage from the area.

Officers wish to identify the man seen in the footage, who they believe may have information which could help them.

Avon and Somerset Police are also keen to speak to a woman seen in the CCTV, who they think may have witnessed the assault.

They are appealing for anyone to come forward who may have information about the incident or can identify either of the individuals in the CCTV images.
