Rotherham: Motorcyclist, 19, dies after crash with van

The crash happened on Wednesday afternoon on Aughton Road, Rotherham, near the junction with Alexandra Road
A 19-year-old motorcyclist has died after a crash with a van in South Yorkshire.
The rider's red Honda motorbike and a silver Vauxhall Movano collided on Aughton Road, Rotherham, at about 13:25 GMT on Wednesday.
South Yorkshire Police said the motorbike caught fire and the male rider was declared dead at the scene.
The vehicles were travelling in opposite directions when it happened, officers said.
The motorcyclist was heading towards Swallownest and the crash took place near the Alexandra Road junction.
Police asked for anyone who witnessed the collision to get in contact.
