Cannabis-laced chocolate bars seized in Doncaster drugs raid

Three people have been arrested after 50 cannabis-laced chocolate bars were found during a police raid in Doncaster.
The bars were seized from a property in Rossington on Tuesday, along with large quantities of cannabis and over £5,000 in cash, police said.
Two men, aged 28 and 18, and a 59-year-old woman were arrested on suspicion of possession of a Class B controlled drug with intent to supply.
They have all been released on bail.
Sgt Chris Rogers said: "The chocolate bars could easily be mistaken for normal bars of chocolate, when in fact they contained quantities of an illegal drug in the form of cannabis.
"If these were to end up in the hands of a child, the consequences could have been disastrous."
A spokesperson for South Yorkshire Police said a knuckle duster and phones, suspected to be used for dealing drugs, were also found during the operation.
The raid took place following "vital intelligence received concerning activities at a property in the Rossington area", they added.
