Police have said they want to speak to two men after a woman was attacked following reports dogs were being used to hunt on private land.

Several men were believed to have been using the animals on Lodge Lane in Braithwaite, Doncaster, at 17:40 BST on 2 April, police said.

It was thought they were challenged by the landowner and a 37-year-old woman suffered an injury to the face.

The men used a hammer to cause damage to farm machinery, officers said.

The vehicle the men were using was thought to have been driven on cloned registration plates, they added.

Police have issued images of the men they want to speak to and anyone who recognises those in the pictures has been asked to contact South Yorkshire Police.
