A community arts charity in South Yorkshire has been awarded £400,000 in funding from the Arts Council England.
The organisation, called darts in Doncaster, said it would use the money to make its headquarters more sustainable and improve its technology.
The charity was established in 1990 and said it "creates art with people in Doncaster to improve life, learning and health".
The grant is part of the Arts Council England's Capital Investment Programme
It aims to help cultural organisations keep their buildings safe while reducing their environmental impact.
Grants, ranging from £100,000 to £750,000, are being handed out to 67 organisations across England.
Dart's is based at The Point, on South Parade, and has creative spaces, a gallery, gardens and a cafe.
The Arts Council said part of the £400,000 will go towards improving the building's insulation, switching to renewable heating, installing solar panels and upgrading the ventilation and cooling system.
A spokesperson said: "These projects will help secure the creative future of towns, villages and communities across Yorkshire, including in places where cultural investment has previously been too low."
Minister for Arts, Heritage and Libraries, Lord Parkinson, said: "Our funding is helping both to create new venues and to adapt existing ones to make them more accessible, helping to deliver the government's plan to make sure that everyone, no matter where they live or what their background, has access to excellent, life-changing cultural opportunities."
