Leek family business targeted by jewellery thieves

A unit at the market on Derby Street in Leek was ransacked, said Staffordshire Police

Jewellery worth thousands of pounds has been stolen from a Staffordshire family business.

A safe was forced open and display cabinets and drawers ransacked during the burglary in Leek, said police.

The unit at Leek Market on Derby Street was targeted between 7 October and 11 October.

Anyone who saw suspicious activity or vehicles in the area during that time was asked to contact Staffordshire Police.
