Dean Stansby killing: Suffolk Police release third man on bail

A third person arrested in connection with the death of a man in Ipswich has been released on bail.

Dean Stansby, 41, died of stab wounds to the abdomen near Ancaster Road in the town on Wednesday.

Suffolk Police had already arrested and bailed a 39-year-old man from Ipswich and a 16-year-old boy on suspicion of murder.

A 31-year-old man, of no fixed abode, was arrested on Monday. He has been bailed until 21 May.

Mr Stansby was taken to Ipswich Hospital for treatment after he was found in Ancaster Road but died a short time later.
