Ipswich missing teenager found after police search

Suffolk Police said the missing teenager "has returned home"

A missing teenager has been found several hours after they went missing.

Suffolk Police thanked members of the public and volunteers for assisting in trying to find Demi West, also known as Kaiden or Kai, from Ipswich.

They were last seen in the area of Dunlin Road, Chantry, Ipswich, at about 01:30 GMT on Saturday,

A police helicopter from the National Police Air Service and volunteers from Suffolk Lowland Search and Rescue (SULSAR), assisted the search.

A police spokeswoman said: "We are grateful to the public for their support, particularly to those who shared our appeal and who reported information and sightings of Kaiden.

"We are pleased to confirm Kaiden has returned home."
