The driver of a lorry who was arrested after it overturned on the A14 has been released pending further inquiries.

Suffolk Police said it was called just after 05:10 BST on Friday to the incident between junction 51 for the A140 and junction 52 for Claydon.

The driver, a man in his 40s, was arrested on suspicion of driving with excess drugs and possession of a controlled drug.

The road was closed in both directions for recovery of the lorry.
