More tests are needed after a post-mortem examination on a newborn baby at the centre of a murder inquiry was inconclusive.

The body was found outside a house on Norwich Road, Ipswich, on Saturday.

Suffolk Police said two men in their 30s and a "teenage female" were arrested on suspicion of murder.

A Home Office post-mortem examination took place on Tuesday and was inconclusive with further tests required.

On Monday the two men were released on bail until 6 February, pending further inquiries.

The female, who arrived at Martlesham Police Investigation Centre after the men, was released under investigation on Tuesday, pending further inquiries.
