More than 20 firefighters were called out to a house fire in Cambridgeshire.
The emergency services were called to the blaze in Hundred Road, March, at about 18:00 GMT.
Cambridgeshire Police said people in the area had been evacuated from their homes as crews tried to bring the flames under control.
The fire service said the fire has been brought under control and crews are now preparing to leave the area. The cause of the fire is not yet known.
Fire crews from March, Chatteris, Manea and Stanground in Peterborough were involved
A spokesperson for the fire service said: "We will be carrying out an investigation tomorrow to try and establish the cause of the fire.
"Thank you to locals for your patience while we dealt with this incident."
Those living in the area were urged to keep windows closed
