Princess of Wales Regiment to parade in Epsom

Service personnel will march through a Surrey town centre during a freedom of the borough parade.
The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment was given the honour last year by Epsom and Ewell Borough Council.
It has now said a parade in Epsom town centre will take place on 14 June to be attended by civic dignitaries.
The council said it wanted to mark the "regiment's contribution to the wellbeing of the local community" and their "bond of friendship".
Three battalions
The council said it was the highest honour the authority could bestow.
It was last conferred 10 years ago to the 135 Independent Topographic Squadron Royal Engineers (Volunteers), based in Ewell.
The Princess of Wales's Royal Regiment is the county regiment of Surrey, Kent, Sussex, Hampshire, Middlesex, the Isle of Wight and the Channel Islands.
The regiment has three battalions - two regular and one territorial - and members of all three battalions have served on operations in Afghanistan and Iraq.
